COMBATING HIGH AIR POLLUTION

Friends as Delhi affected with dangerous level of air pollution....pls take
1. Vitamin -C
2.Omega fatty acids
3.Tulsi fresh if possible or Tulsi Ghanwati
4.Ginger
5.Lemon
6.Magnesium rich diet........like cashews
7.For omega 3take akhrot , or alsi
8. Alovera Juice or fresh pulp
9. Amla fresh, pickle or chamanprash
10. gargling with warm salt water and steam inhalation if short of breath
11. Be helpful in reduction of air pollution by A BIG NO TO USE OF CRACKERS/ GARBAGE BURNING/USING DESIL GEN SET/ POLLUTING VEHICLE ETC.
these foods/things will help you to reduce the effect of air pollution. more

AND ALSO AVOID COLD DRINKS & COLD WATER & LUKE WARM WATER SHOULD BE PART OF DAILY ROUTINE TILL THE PRESENT CRISIS IS OVER more
