Suggestion: Nowadays, Most our younger India having up to-date 3G/4G Android, Apple Tab / laptops with them. Considering the technological mass, why can’t our Government of India initiate e-Learning / Online courses to those who really interested to continue their education. The students may be invited to nearest educational institutions to participate for their practical test / examinations. Note:This suggestion may not be applicable for professional courses Government of India may provide loan subsidy or request Giant IT companies to provide computer system or laptops on lease basis to the economically weaker section students, those who are unable to purchase laptop or tab. Advantages: Donation or High Tuition Fees need not to be paid to the colleges, Mobility of students is reduced and in turn it reduces the road traffic. So many social issues/problems among students can be avoided. Students may choose their subject of interest. more
