Club Mahindra not delivering their customer promise
Club Mahindra is taking their customers for a big ride. Thanks for taking up the issue I too experience such unprofessional behaviour from them. Looks like they have less capacity and more members. My membership number is 40762. How can they deny room days for which they have already collected money. more

Same experience for me. I paid Rs. 20/25000 & stopped paying as they don't even honour promises while being a member. Not even ready to return single rupee- without offering any service.

All time share holiday companies schemes are a fad. They have more customers than the rooms available at any point in time. Most of the rooms are not maintained further reducing the availability. Also most of the companies do not have their own resorts / facilities and have tie-ups. Such resorts have tie-ups with multiple time share companies and hence availability will never be there except in the off season. If you decide to go in off season you are not going to enjoy the place.
Best thing to do is to abandon such schemes and always book your stay in a resort / hotel of your choice whenever you want to go vacationing. Trust me it is not that expensive now a days. more
Non availability of rooms in Club Mahindra is not because of more members but because they sell their rooms in sites like Makemy trip & booking .com more
