Mind it, friends. It is not the case of profiteering and the action "Anti-profiteering". It is a big fraud being played by the Govt of India on the consumers: This is the money recovered from the trade by the DGAP under NAA which has been over charged from consumers, and instead should have been refunded to consumers in their Consumer Welfare Fund under the Consumer Protection Act. THIS IS AN ISSUE WHERE ALL OF US SHOULD WORK TO DEMOLISH NAA AND REFUND THE OVERCHARGED AMOUNT TO CONSUMERS. I HOPE THE MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS WILL LOOK INTO THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE AND INFORM THE PARTICIPANTS HERE. more
