Cloudtail booked for Profiteering

Good to see efforts of this circle members leading to action against brands. Garima Sharma, Sridhar Mohan, SK Virmani, Chitra Kumar and many others who care about broader public and every member of this circle must continue to fight this and report such instances.

NAA and DGAP must also become more active and share information with common consumers thats easy to understand. Esp in hindi and regional languages. Seems little effort from GST council. more

Mind it, friends. It is not the case of profiteering and the action "Anti-profiteering". It is a big fraud being played by the Govt of India on the consumers: This is the money recovered from the trade by the DGAP under NAA which has been over charged from consumers, and instead should have been refunded to consumers in their Consumer Welfare Fund under the Consumer Protection Act. THIS IS AN ISSUE WHERE ALL OF US SHOULD WORK TO DEMOLISH NAA AND REFUND THE OVERCHARGED AMOUNT TO CONSUMERS. I HOPE THE MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS WILL LOOK INTO THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE AND INFORM THE PARTICIPANTS HERE. more
Good begining.Keep it up. more
Thanks for sharing the judgement. It is such initiatives that will guide people to be Chowkidars of the Nation and public interest. more
Profiteering must be curtailed and action initiated against the companies. more
A humble beginning to help consumers by the authorities. Congratulate them and wish them well to help more by their swift action. more
