Cloud seeding

Seeding clouds on a day when weather conditions aren’t favourable and then expecting a good amount of rain to wash away Delhi’s pollution is like planting seeds in dry soil and expecting them to bloom overnight. Public money going waste. more

The criticism of govt actions is welcome when you do a right analysis. This was an scientific experiment involving premier institutions of India and many eminent Engineers. What an pathetic situation, just people want write some bull-shit and want to waste a single situation, where they can criticize the govt. There is no theory in scientific that every experiment should yield the results. more
