City planning

Why does present India cannot build cities & villages with staight roads, good drainage sustems & lives in hovels & huts when Mohenjodaro, Harappa & Lothal had planned straight roads, good water & drainage system, brick buildings with great squares? more

Sri Rajiva Singh had his forethought on future India that to be for our generations increasing the issues of Developing 100 Districts; Model Cities etc., He might also had the unsolved issue of marching at par with the increasing Population , setting up of new Cities locating livelihood Facilities and amenities and with the particular view of curbing Accidents , time consuming Road widths etc., too in his suggestion and to be taken seriously for a better India controlling Expenses on Flyovers , Long Bridges , kilometers long Flyover Roads , Flying Metro Lines etc., etc., that could be set for real poor . more
In 1983, 91 and 96 itself confined and directed the coverage of life article 21 ; defined that Directive Principles of part IV are the provisions that State shall implement. The DTC & P was Regulated with such the system that cited in this Post by Sri Rajiv Singh for allowing Residential expansions. UDAs were introduced in 1984 mandating such Regulations and provisions that defined and narrated by the Supreme Court. BUT, EXCEPT IN LIMITED STATE CAPITALS, nowhere the Rules and Regulations of DECP and, Urban Development Authorities were implemented . THE RULE WENT AGAINST THE NORMS, TERMS, CONDITIONS OF DTCP and UDAs , with concreted Nexus between the Real Estate Developers, Businessmen and Political Governance and the Requisite Safety, Environment, Atmosphere, Lively-Breeze, Drinking Water etc., WERE GROSSLY DEVIATED to even the S.C. Derivations . The Selfish nexus for Corrupted financial benefits of these Both wings resulted in ABSOLUTE DENY AND DEFY OF THE RULE OF LAW and the innocent Land Owners also were trapped and Tapped in such a way that it has become a challenging Task to the Governments for acquiring lands FOR ROAD WIDENING, BYE-PASS ROADS ; LAND FOR NEW CANALS AND DRINKING WATER RESERVOIRS ; NEW DRAIN ROUTES etc., etc., Added to this, the 2013 General Elections year lasted in irreparable losses to the Governments in acquiring Lands for Road and Railway Lines , industrial and Livelihood infrastructure . The Bill stood as anti National WHICH ENDED WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S OPTIONS TO STOP ANY SUCH MONITORY IMPLICATION even at the Prevailing Government Market Rates . The Political nexus did not even thought of the Striving poor that evidenced with the 2011 Statistics and, the deteriorating National Economy amidst loot of lakhs of Crores through Bank Finances, Evasion of Taxes and Duties , Misusing and Smuggling of Natural and Forest Treasure. We had witnessed the Processions and Protests in the issues of [1] ROADS & RAILWAY SAFETY AND LAND ACQUISITION [2] INDUSTRIAL AND LIVELIHOOD INFRASTRUCTURE AND LAND ACQUISITION . It has been becoming very hazardous and challenging to States to at lease Widen their Roads , Acquire Land for Flyovers/Bridges , Schools and Colleges and abnormal delays resulting multiple increase of Contracted Tender Values everywhere . IN FACT, THE SUPREME COURT, EXECUTIVE AND, THE PARLIAMENTARIANS SHALL JOINTLY THINK OF THIS VITAL ISSUE KEEPING IN VIEW THE FUTURE GENERATIONS. more
If the existing political parties are stripped of their right to define India, constitution of india is allowed by be directly managed by Indian public, then India can raise faster & better for entire world. Politician is decided where, what, when, why & how the infrastructure or satellite to be built. The existing system kills the Engineers & Doctors alike. So you only have complete mess to show around to any visiting tourist. more
