Dear Mr R P Gupta, i see a lot of comments and inputs from various citizens in India. I don't know whether these white papers will be given any weight-age by our politicians ministers or not, but one thing is sure that people feel a lot relaxed after giving their views here and we have got a platform to provide our say. more

I want to add one more point to Vaidy S comments on road tax. Currently we find that for job people move from place to other. If I buy a vehicle in Delhi and after 6 to 8 months or year I get transfered in Mumbai and want to take my car to Mumbai from Delhi, people face lot of harassment by local traffic police. They ask for payment of road tax in Mumbai. I would want to know when purchasing vehicle in Delhi the purchaser has already paid life long road tax in Delhi, then why again same has to be paid in Mumbai. This is a common problem faced by my friends who got transferred from Delhi and they had to bribe the police every time the police stop their vehicle. more

Atleast there are many activities which are covered for the start but all we want to see them implemented And implementation takes will, courage and constant approach its not a days activity. All MLA/MP's need to be active in physically contributing best initiatives in their constituency. Local Groups/circles to be created for sharing of ideas , imparting knowledge and implementation."PARTICIPATION" required at all levels to educate, implement List will be endless all we need is a concrete start and it cannot be happening alone. Our country is poorest amongst poor when it comes to IMPLEMENTATION. Govt will is lacking and politicians at large have to be more & more alert .Modi ji alone cannot do all this..... more

I personally feel there is an urgent need for a revamp in taxation. So much paper has been written by learned and professionally qualified people but it is not getting implemented. Look at toll tax. When we pay road tax at the time of purchase of a vehicle why toll tax again. Increase the taxes at the time of purchase itself. If need be every six months. This will make sure that only those who can afford will buy the vehicle theerby reducing the number of private vehicles on the road. This is just one example .... more
