Solutions to improve Real Estate sector - Real Estate Sector as such is harmless sector, but when they go hand in hand with Corrupt Government they turn dangerous. Centre should be on the watch when they are implementing its development policies through State Governments. Worst sort of corruption and black money generation occurs when more than required lands are acquired for development, the funds received from Centre are not distributed to evictees and become misused. Excess land is sold to Land Mafia and commission received for this. The evicted people are turned to homeless wanderers living in tents and using public places as toilets. When Centre entrusts State Governments with any development programs and funds are transferred, the Centre should monitor the progress of the State, that only required land is acquired, and allotted money and alternate housing arrangement is given to the displaced persons and if any excess land was illegally handed over to any land mafia. If this is not done every development activity will create a a group of landless, homeless wandering beggars polluting the environment.
