Changing DOB detials
I am Sriram, my date of birth is wrong in PF which was created by previous organization due to this UAN portal is not accepting PF account with current Organization. I have tried many times applying form5 to my previous organization but not getting change. Is there any way we can change it directly without any dependency/easiest way ? more

You have to visit UAN help //59.180.231.60:9091/UANHD/ and select your problem as DOB wrong more

One should be careful while filling up Form-2PS i,e Nomination form, once that is filled correctly, problem will not arise in future. However, You may send the dob detail in the prescribed form to the Regional PF commissioner with a copy to your previous employer. Also meet the PF Commissioner personally and explain him the problem. He will definitely help you in this regard. Do not try to meet the lower level employees at EPFO more

Sriram Garu please confirm your problem is sorted out or not regarding change in D.O. Birth. My concern is that has any of your account is linked to the EPF account for the transfer of Funds. I think like banks correction in the data be allowed to the employee. n let employer approves the same.. corection in data is a big problem.. n previous employer generally do not take pain in correcting the data more

Submit a joint declaration through your previous employer, along with any one of the proof listed in the declaration form. Your previous employer would submit the joint declaration, copy of identity proof n covering letter to the PF office. Request your previous employer to share with u copy of the acknowledgement that the PF department shares along with a copy of signed n sealed joint declaration which was submitted to PF office. Once u get these two, raise grievance in epfigms. From point of raising grievance the changes would be done and reflecting in all epf portals by 3to4 weeks Regrads, Binesh more
