PayTM is really taking its customers for a ride. I had booked a 2tier AC ticket on IRCTC from CSTM to Agra. Later on I cancelled it and asked for refund. At this time I had not completed my KYC, hence PayTM replied that the amount would be deposited in my bank account. I finished my KYC and informed PayTM. Now it is more than 25 days( all during Sept 2021) but my money amounting to Rs 4780 is still pending. I wrote to the CEO- Mr VS Sharma- but no response. It is impossible to call and talk to anyone in PayTM. I have also written to their COO but again no answer.
Can someone help me please? more
