Cheating by PayTM

Recently I have made payment for my Vodafone bill Rs 310 and there was deal to get Rs 100 cashback on booking of bahubali 2. AS I made the payment they deducted Rs 810 and it was unnoticed. After some days I got Rs 100 as cashback and I came to know that Rs 500 was deducted for booking of movie which I never booked. I contacted Paytm but they refused to refund the money. Now the are not replying to my mails. You can imagine that this type of fraud if they do with 1000 person they cheated around Rs. 400000. This type of companies does not disclose their contact address etc. more
