CHEATING BY FLIPKART.
I have purchased MI Max Pro mobile phone from Flipkart and found it deffective it gets overheated while 5 in of call to above 45 degree.
I have requested return with flipkart withing replacment window but didnot get proper response for first 15 days they just wasted my time and once
window closed they asked me to visit MI store and closed my request.Only once engineer visted my house to check mobile but that was useless as he compared his old
mobile with the new one but system showing that engineer visted my home twice clearly lie.I want my mobile to be replaced but flipart is not helping out clearly

You may adopt the approach given by three friends. Also, approach the Service Centre of MI mobile and tell your problem. Since it is a new piece, and under warranty, they may find a solution to your problem..... Even if we buy a mobile from a shop, the shopkeeper will not replace it for such a problem. He will give you service centre contact ...... Good luck more

Dear Sandeep, Please contact Consumer Court to get the solution of your problem. It will be solved easily and you will get your amount back with Interest, if it is genuine. more

Flipkart has done same thing with me also....Engineer is not qualified and also they dont have knowledge abut phone. they just passing time and close the window and now you can't do anything accept consumer court. more
