Cheated by NoBroker, super relax plan

I have purchased a super relax plan from NoBroker to sell my house in Bangalore. I explained them area and details of the house. The sales people were confident that in three months they can definitely sell. After paying money they assigned someone as Relationship manager saying he is responsible for giving me updates. All updates i got over three months is they find some leads and they are not lifting the phone or changed their mind. No single customer visited the property in three months. After three months they called me and said plan is expired. I felt cheated and asked for a refund and posted on their Facebook, talked to their sales person who sold this. No reply at all from anyone. I strongly suggest people don't buy any paid services from NoBroker, don't get into the false promises of sales team. Not a single rupee worth. I lost three months rent waiting to sell. Don't know whom i can complain. If anyone cam suggest please contact me. more

Dear Ms.Anuradha,
In this world no body is sincere except a few. In service providers, othrr online service etc.unlesd the service conditions are spelt out it is very risky. Hence when the stakes are high you should go for reliable and pre tested /approved providers who have systems and even if little expensive are reliable and we won't have headache. Incase some thing goes wrong inadvertantly they will try to accomodate us or will compensate if it is contracted.
Last but not the least go for consumer court considering economics. more
We seek assistance from such as we want to get things done with a click . Some are lucky ,not all . Anuradha ji how much did you loose . ?Hope it is not a big amount .

Today land and house are costly we cant delegate things to some one we don't know and hand over key to the Broker . In your case it is no broker . more
They talk to you so sweet and bait you with prospective client call or message so that the dealwill be over in a day with all advantages of fnding a client. But once you enter in the paid relationship you need to tolerate all sorts of people calling you and none to your liking or what you contracted with them. In addition they may have lot of questions about your property. I had very bad experience with them. more
Thanks for letting us know about Nobroker. We will avoid working with this company in future. You can try magicbricks if you like. They are decent people from the Times of India group. However, it is difficult to sell property today. more
