CHEAT BY CONFIRMTKT.COM

I have booked two tickets through Confirmtkt.com for Re 2160/ on 09 Jan 2019 but I have not got the tickets. I requested the site to refund the amount back but all in vain. The site cheating the public on the name of booking of tickets but the tickets are not generating. Only collecting the money and doing nothing. Where to go for help. more

Persons booking advance tickets online should verify the site and only on confirming the genunity should the booking be done. Such bogus booking sites should be highlighted in various social media circles. Govt agencies should act on such agencies more

GOVERNMENT HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED LEGAL SITE WITH SO EASE THEN WHY DO YOU PREFER FOR SUCH FRAUD SITES.THEY ARE JUST FOR REFERENCE NOT FOR BOOKING. more

Pl. complain to consumer court. Also register your complaint with railways. They have to be dragged to the court and penalised and refund with cost & effects thereof more

The site says - Easy Cancellations & Refund, Secured Payment, Lowest Price, 24X7 Customer Support - Superior customer service. For any queries get in touch with our 24X7 dedicated support 08033923838. Have you contacted them? Also, what was your mode of payment? It seems that they are based in Bangalore, Karnataka. Also, please note their terms and conditions One point that I found was : Confirmtkt is no way affiliated to Indian Railways We try to keep our website content updated to the maximum extent possible. You could have booked your tickets thru IRCTC directly - the most reliable site for booking tickets for train journeys in our country. more
