Change in pension withdrawal rules coming

Soon, the EPFO will allow withdrawal of pension contribution only after 2 years of exiting from your previous job. Right now, pension sum can be withdrawn after 2 months of leaving a job. more

All Comments based on misunderstanding. This is For Young Peoples who often change the job & then do not take their PF Account working / running or left stranded. By this rule those will get their money back & Unclaimed Accumulated money in PF Account get reduced. Good Decision !!!! more
This government has sole purpose of keeping /using people money. Though It is illegal but this government is always firm on such issues. more
Its barbarism. A person who attains the retirement age wish to bank on those funds and with a fond hope during his/her service period, kept on contributing to the PF so as to withdraw soon after the retirement and to make use of that amount either to use it for children higher education, or daughters marriage or for purchasing/ constructing a dwelling. When that is not allowed till 2 years of post retirement, in case of a private employee who is not entitled for pension, how will they cope up ? All their plans will go for a toss. GOI must not do this. More over, what is the purpose and objective of enacting such draconian laws ?? Instead of becoming people/poor friendly, the GOI acts are becoming atrocious. more
DO YOU MEAN WHEN PERSON RETIRES HE GETS HIS PENSION FUND AFTER 2 YEARS. WHAT RIDICOLOUS WAY OF LOOTING A COMMON MAN? LET GOVT TAKE AWAY EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
