Challenge to Delhi authorities

I am of strong belief that testing numbers are being gamed in Delhi. Yesterday the positive rate was 15.33% on Diwali day and 3235 cases were found in attached report.

So Delhi Govt why dont you do 150000 RT PCR tests tomorrow. I bet we will have 20000+ cases in Delhi in a single day. more
