Ceiling needs to be imposed on Hospital charges which should be applicable to all Hospitals whether public or private.
Just some days back saw a news that childrens are dying due to lack of proper treatment at Hospitals. In some cases the poor persons cannot approach good hospitals due to its charges.
Felt like law needs to be made to check the hiked hospital bills and put a ceiling on the same. Further law needs to be made so that even Low income group and Middle income group can approach good hospitals. more

Improving government run hospitals credibility in treatment shall be better and viable option. restricting hospital rates for service shall reflect on quality if at all can be implemented. more

Fixing and enforcing Ceiling limit on Tests & Medical , Hospital charges is only the best that does not inherit Corruption. Many Hospitals are in contacts with Insurance and vice versa increasing more the medical treatment & Tests enjoying the difference of actuals . Secondly , some Governments started insisting or inspiring some of the Private Sector who in-turn have the allowed opportunities through the issues of Government Reimbursement and Insurance reimbursement in compensation since the Business has become such in Healthcare. more

Insurance Companies have a rate fixed for each service provided by hospitals. Same way in case of re-reimbursement to Central and State Government employees there is an amount fixed for different services provided by hospitals. No payment is usually made above that amount. Government should ensure that the hospitals do not charge more than that amount to their patients also. more
