Caste Restrictions Should Change to Economically Backward !
People are getting obsessed with casteism and our society is getting divided on these grounds. It is high time that all caste restrictions and quotas be removed and in its place a society where uniformity is maintained for all based on economic conditions of each family. I hope Mr. Modi will take the cudgel and take up this reform as soon as possible. I hope to see these changes as soon as possible. more

Some are enjoying in their three generations since 5 decades irrespective of their Economic Status inhumanly. Supreme Court also know and advised for an economic layer to make applicable only the need poor. EVERY BODY OF OUR CONSTITUTION AND EVERY GOVERNMENTS THAT RULED TILL DATE PERFECTLY , PROMPTLY , ACURATLY KNOW THAT STILL , EVEN AFTER 60 YEARS ; THERE ARE ILLITERATES RANGING FROM 55% TO 40% . THIS ITSELF PROVES THE SELFISH DRESSING OF DEMOCRACY OPTED BY THE MAFIA BACKED POLITICIANS USING THE VERY DISCRIMINATION IN THE WAY THEY LIKE AND ASPIRE . NOW, THIS ATTITUDE IS TO BE CHANGED AT THE INTEREST OF THE POOR AND INNOCENT CITIZEN ATLEAST TO SOME EXTENT THROUGH OUR CIRCLES. more

yes definetly it should be on the basis of economical grounds or should be provided once in a life time and not always at every place but who will bell the cat it's a very serious and poltized issue more

It seems to me that Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was keen to have a division in society as revenge on Mr. M. K.Gandhi; other wise as a Chairman of Indian Constitution Committee he was having a choice to put on the record that there should not be any thing on the government record of any cast and even the religion on any government document but only the record of mother tongue and all concessions assistance will be available only on the basis of financial conditions only. But he had not done it but put the seeds of fragmentation of society for ever. more

This can be done only if you forget about the vote bank. SC/ST continue to get reservation facilities even when he becomes a President of the country. Whereas UC even if PhD will not get a job because Govt and private companies require years of experience. He continues to suffer economically. Government should lift and support economically weak irrespective of caste or creed. Why the government should subsidize food,fuel and other items to those who can afford at the market price. I know people owning cars but derive BPL benefits. Certain castes in Punjab are given pulses,rice etc whose daily wage is 500 to 700 rupees per male member. They make fun of the government. It is hightime that goverment seriously review this reservation and subsidy policy (Congress legacy) otherwise a day would come when we shall have subsidized doctors, engineers, professors and people who wouldn't like to work. more
