Capital Hyundai, Sector 83, Noida THE CHEATS

I am cheated today to the amount of almost 7000Rs by Capital hyundai people. The servicing of my i20 I got done from them they charged me 15000Rs. The estimate given to me was 10000Rs but when they called me to take the delivery they showed me a 15 thousand bill and their man was in such hurry and hushing so much and was pushing me all the time. I got suspected but couldnt decide swiftly and paid the bill as they were closing for the day and came home and saw the details to find it all useless charges.
I don't know if this loot can be helped? :-( more

Issue them a notice by Regd. Post that you are not satisfied with the servicing of your vehicle and the charges. Give them the description of your dis-satisfaction. Wait for 15 days for their answer or else move to consumer court. more  
I THINK IT IS SECTOR 63 NOIDA AND NOT SECTOR 83. NORMALLY THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA. IN FACT THERE IS A FEEDBACK FORM WHICH THEY ASK YOU TO FILL IN THE END. ONE SPECIFIC COLUMN IS WHETHER THE CHARGED AMOUNT WAS NEARLY SAME AS ESTIMATED AMOUNT WHICH IS ENDORSED ON THE HYUNDAI FORM GIVEN TO YOU AT THE TIME OF DELIVERING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE/REPAIR. THIS FEEDBACK FORM ALSO CONTAINS THE NAME OF TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR WHO GAVE THE INITIAL ESTIMATE. more  
Please put your grievance in the facebook page of Hyundai India or if Capital Hyundai has a facebook page put it there. Ask your friends in facebook to share the story. You will easily get a response. more  
Put them in the print and electronic media so that others cannot be cheated by them and file a police complaint for their cheating business. You may also file in the consumer forum for suitable remedy in this issue. more  
All companies service centers are known to overcharging.Get it serviced from a reliable nearby workshop.You will save on time and money. more
