Mr Walia, allow me to answer, there are two ways the doctors think, one that goes strictly with the guidelines for a particular ailment and the other uses his experience to a dress any problem. unfortunately i must confess that once the graduate boards are over there are not many benchmarks or tests for a doctor to evaluate his he or she is performing. as regards to cancer the drugs many chemos are actually off label or are under trials. promising hope a patent may try them giving his consent to the treating physician.
