Call centre harassment

Government must do something to improve the customer services. First, instead of so many automatic responses, the person must be available on the first call and he should be able to fulfill your demand immediately. It is not big issue to issue receipt. But all call centres are like this. No one has any knowledge. Even very difficult to find the person. All automatic questions and answers. This must be stopped immediately. All companies must give their common email addresses and contact numbers which should be easily available to the customers so that their grievances vacancies be noted and fulfilled. more

Very true. Most, if not all call centres are a harassment due to very painful IVRS. If you succeed in going through the torture and get a human voice (Executive), most probably he is not equipped to either solve your problem or advise on it. Even website complaint or email complaint are useless as they elicit evasive reply or no reply. Entire customer service is a big joke. Unfortunately, the authorities are simply not accessible. I am a victim of this system at the hands of US consulate (Hyderabad) and their call center at Gurugram for the last 2 years after paying visa fees and even obtaining “Drop Box date” in June 2020 (since canceled for covid reasons ). more

If you are not satisfied with the Answer, then there is no Senior Personnel Available to sort out the problem or take it to Higher Management. more
