Hathway seems to be a habitual offender. In our locality too, there is no sign of the mandated 100 free to air channels. TRAI's complaint redressal system stands at 2%. So whatmore customer can expect. In a way, the new tariff system must be revamped as the total amount spent by the customers is higher than the old system. Feedback from the customers must be received and analysed and implement the good ones. more
