BSNL
Can this circle and local circles please take up the issue of BSNL corruption, consumer grievances. The connection at my fathers place is compromised. The connection throws all kinds of ads whenever it works which is intermittent. At 7 pm, it seems some organized racket takes over the connection and it is unavailable till 7 am next morning... The BsNl ppl are clueless including GM. No other service available in the area. What shd one do? more

Mr. Yash Jindal, since you are not specific what connection you are talking about, let me assume that it is about Broadband Connection that has been compromised. In a Broadband connection, you are given a user ID and a Password, the secrecy of which is to be maintained by you. If you think that someone else is using the services, pl. change the password frequently. Instead of keeping your Modem in "Always ON" settings, go for Bridge Mode which is more secure. In absence of your password, no-one else can use your DSL. more
