I am a subscriber of BSNL Broadband Services in Jamshedpur Circle. Most of the time the Broadband Services are not available. This impact my work negatively. I have made several complaints in the exchanges and in the GM Office of BSNL Jamhedpur Circle albeit without any avail. I have also spoken to the GM and his PS - their responses are not appropriate. When I complain about No Access at all they say since my usage is very HIGH I will have low speed at 512KBPS. I tell them I was not complaining about the speed but the availability of the services. I am on and off the network every now and then. This is frustrating - so frustrating that I had to buy a set of LYF and an 4G Connection. In those moments of frustrations I told the GM of Jamhedpur Circle that since he was not helpoing me to resolve my problem - I may be approaching the TRAI and/or the consumer forum. The thick skin GM of Jamshedpur Circle says - OK - we will meet in the court. Now I wish to take this case in the consumer court and teach the GM a lifetime lesson for his apathy and callousness towards the customer. more
No one will come to your rescue, because their service is not at stake. The technical employees enjoy their time without attending to the problems. I am a victim and almost every day gives a complaint and next day I get a massage that the problem is resolved. They do not visit the spot to verify, because they have machinery to verify my connectivity. I am only waiting for an opportunity to disconnect Broad band once private players are available. more
Dear Mr. Alok Kumar, It is the same thing wherein the penalty was imposed / Proposed to be imposed, but the SC had made Order. Now the matter is pending. Teaching a lesson is also not the right approach BUT to resolve the difference of opinions, for which Consumer forum is the right way in comparison with TRAI.
