BSNL Broadband connection. Not getting proper service
Due to the fail of broadband, I have simultaneously using mobile data also, even though it is costly.
Now a days, when broadband connection is lost, mobile data connection is also gone.
Filed complaint through phone as we as face to face and over customer care.
But no solution for the problem so far.
Detailed enquiry reveal that BSNL outsourced tower maintenance and the agency taken the maintenance, is not acting well. Nobody is insisting them to attend repairs and replacement in time.
Learned members may kindly suggest a remedy or local circles may take up the matter with authorities concerned.
