Black money circulation.
According to Income Tax Act all business transactions above Rs.20000/- should be through cheques only. But this is not so in case of property transactions. Huge amounts are transacted through cash. This should stop and any property transaction should be through banks only. This law should be enforced. more

It is true that these are known to all but the fact is nothing is being done about it. Restrict all property purchase through banks only. Cash should not be readily available for payment for this Notes of Rs.1000, 500, 100 should not be available for circulation. more

If black money circulates it becomes a bigger evil. Too much money chasing too few goods and this will lead to inflation. If black money is invested in land that also becomes an evil. Price of land will shoot up. Housing will go beyond the reach of common man. A lot of black money is invested in gold also. Over and above this money laundering industry is also flourishing. more

No matter what we think,Is anybody taking a note of it and we expect to see the changes we desire or we are discussing issues and everything goes in vain...The intention is that somebody from the govt must notice the things people want and we get to see a better India more
