Black Money and corruption

There is no money which is hidden .... most of the money is in circulation... we need to find where it is being used? In my opinion it is mostly in reality ... less in eating and if it is being used for eating ignore... We just need to keep check these two places ... 1 Banks - In India it is easier to deposit money in banks and you can also get the Interest on it.... check it... RBI must plan and allow black Money bank where instead of giving interest they must charge interest... no question asked. Those accounts where proper KYC not available for us we may consider AADHAR CARD charge at least 10% as TDS from these accounts... if you have, get it back from IT department if not any way Country is getting tax. (All those accounts which are not having proper KYC must get similar treatment at present running in all banks and can be transferred to this Black Money Bank).
2) All Land record must have AADHAR CARD ... If not consider it Nazool land and put Government of India land..
You will see 80% black money gone. Rest 15% can be checked through building materials... 5% can never be checked used for eating purposes... more

I would like to ask why is black money generated, which transactions generate black money and where is it generated!!! Black money is generated in following cases apart from others - 1- Purchase and sale of property - Why because no one wants to pay to government !! does each one of us want to pay the civic authorities !!! what are the civic authorities providing us !! do we get good roads / clean environment / safe environment for ladies and kids / clean water !!!! 2 - Black money generated by corporators & public servants - some classic examples in Bangalore, your lane is getting drainage and post which roads are to be built. contractors charge above > 25K for connecting individual buildings to the drainage. The cost of connecting with material and labor is no more than 5K. Where does this 20K go ? to the corporator, PWD officers and probably to MLA too !! Building of roads and bridges - The tender is awarded to agency A but work is done by 4th or 5th party. The work is of sub standard quality, why !!! because the guy has to pay for all the parties involved. Also, the work is substandard because it is an ongoing income for everyone in the chain. 3 - Arms deal - The black money is generated at a very high level and none get exposed. What happened with Bofors / HDW submarine deals. 4 - Telecom - when spectrum's were sold huge money was siphoned. did common man like you and me get involved !!! 5 - Medical - All government medical colleges and departments are bee hives of black money. BJP came in power to expose and bring back black money, but what has happened !! did we even get anything back !! are the government officials afraid to take bribes !! I have heard but not sure that during the 45 days of Mr. Kejriwal's tenor as CM, people were afraid to take bribes in Delhi. Can someone ratify the same !! more
