Big basket poor supply chain and delivery handling

Big basket daily gives out dated stale bread Product like bread with humidity condition has shelf life 2 days here they deliver dead ,recall product to consumers non of their legal nor technical supply chain team knows what is happening their is no end to end operations
So dont buy bakery products more

1. I use their Preservative free bread. It has to be consumed same day preferably. No complaints absolutely.
2. The other option is o freeze the remaining bread by end of day.
3. Otherwise do not buy their preservative-free bread, buy their regular bread. It stays for more than few days, assuming you did not know you can store bread in the freezer. more  
What is the use of complaining when educated lazy people order even bread online. One needs to move his butt out of the house to get fresh bread which every store and milk booth keep. more  
Bigbasket has no question ask policy and they also take any complaints very seriously. I am a regular Bigbasket customer and also faced such situations but they have acted promptly on my complains. Only thing is dont fully depend on the delivered items. I buy the things in advance and go out to buy again if something missed or found to be faulty. Trust me...it saves lot of time for other usefull stuffs. more

No use of complaining. Don't buy from such organizations, follow the traditional way of going to the market and buying. How else do you expect the market to play its role. more
