Bharti Airtel Not refunding the amount after Cancellation
Clarify the following points .
1) Do you have all documents i.e booking documents only for a phone connection?
2) Whether airtel issued you any letter that p[hone connection will be made along with net connection?
3) When you asked air tel to cancel your booking, whether you have submitted your decision in writing?
4) Have you received any communication from airtel stating within 7 days refund will be made?
5) Whether have you received any intimation regarding OTP, which you stated in your message?
Make a strong letter addressed to air tel management in your circle and post it to them with all enclosures by registered A D., endorse a copy to TRAI and DOT. Post a copy of your letter in social media as well in this group. Se how your case turns. more
