They show good looking products (ladies garments) in their advertisements on Facebook etc. We ordered few garments on Cash on Delivery Basis. The delivery boy of Ekart informed that they cannot do OPEN DELIVERY. Hence, we have to pay and accept the parcel. He also told us that company is very good and have a RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY of 7 days. This is also mentioned on the website of the company, which is based in Surat. Accepting his version, we made a payment of Rs. 4160/-. However, the products were substandard. We have sent several mails and have dialed their number also several times but company is not giving any reply. Beware! They believe in cheating customers and once payment is made by a consumer, they do not reply to their messages/calls. more

Nowadays so many new online shop websites are being noticed such factorysale.com, onlyvalley.com etc which are all total new. They don't have any postal address to sue them. Once we pay the money, either prepayment or cash on delivery, they supply defective products. No further response in any manner. more
