Even some other wealthy Banks advanced loans against large extent of Lands held by contracting companies of SEZ , Knowledge and Export Parks etc., though fundamentally , lending on Land is not available to public or optioned to the Banks . Since these lands in deed were the lands allotted on Specific Purpose , legally such lands shall not be financed by Banks for any requirement plan . This has made the concerned Governments unable to get back these huge quantum of lands in thousands of acres which in the other way should have been given back to the allotted landless cultivators or , to be handedover to INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURAL CORPORATIONS FOR ADVANCEMENT OF ECONOMY BUILDUP AND ASSIST THE VERY GDP . more
