Bad product of Hp Inc

I bought a HP laptop worth of 76,000. After few month in Hard drive got corrupt and valuable data was lost.Hp told me that thay can't do with data.its not their responsibility. I urge them to give permission to recover my data with local technicians on my own expenses but they put a condition that if hard drive would open or any scratch occurre on it then warranty will be avoided and I have to pay for that. After changing hardisk they dont gave me assist to install my licensed windows 10 which was preinstalled and purchased with laptop. They took after that laptop stoped working wifi module, camera, keyboard, motherboard stopped working one by one. Now almost 4 month completed and still my laptop at service centre. They only giving me false promises that they will give solution as soon as possible. I want to consumer court but they need a address of HP Inc. But HP is not giving me address to send legal documents. They said they don't have knowledge about that. HP websites contains more than 15 address of their offices. I wrote them but non of single office gave me replay and one of them address was wrong. Now what to do? I dont want to accept that laptop now. Even I need compensation but No one giving me address of HP Inc. How can I solve these problem ? more

Nowadays many advertisements do not put up the addresses of the advertiser nor email ids or customer care numbers. Has anybody noticed it? What and who can take action against these companies or institutions? more  
What’s the warranty says? If covers under warenty then complain to district consumer court. Matter will be resolved with compensation wit two hearings ony more  
Make the dealer a party from where you have purchased this Laptop. more  
This is not expected from HP laptop. It is their prime responsibility to satisfy the customer. more  
Use address nearest to the city you live in. You can verify the address just by visiting that office first. But you must approach Consumer Court. more
