Award Death Penalty to Rapists & Murderers
Day after being freed from jail, man rapes, bludgeons 10-yr-old to death
Convicted of trying to rape and murder a woman and out of jail only the previous day , a 30-year old man on Saturday sexually assaulted and bludgeoned to death a 10-year-old girl as she screamed for help.
Anil Kumar was convicted of attempt to murder and released from prison on July 1 after one-year rigorous imprisonment. He was also accused in another attempt to murder case, and charged with three cases of extortion and one of robbery, all registered at Alwal police station.
Rapists & Murderers should be hanged till death to deter others from committing such heinous crimes irrespective of their age. In the above case of Rape and Murder a one year rigorous imprisonment was awarded. There are so called human rights activists who are opposing death penalty. They are nothing but hypocrites and are totally insensitive to rights of victim. These days courts are also sentencing convicts to Life Imprisonment, which is nothing but a punishment to tax payers who are paying to keep such convicts alive. The above case points out that there is no guarantee of a convict getting Reformed. Even the convict in Nirbhaya Case is roaming free now. more

I concur with all the posts ;it is strange that the majority who opine the same way as posted here is helpless . At some point of time our thoughts should prevail. more

Drug peddlers , food adultration and sex crimes and intentional murders are awarded death sentence in gulf and Far East . Summary courts like military in clear cut cases will reduce the burden of normal Judicial process and time and money . Deterrence is needed,but activists who hope to reform the habitual offenders must go to jails in India and see for them selves as to how many are reformed for good and how many are regretting . I served in prisons and with the present liberal laws for parole , exemptions for. Independence Day and other govt celebrations reduce convicts life sentence to less than five years and hence they are not scared but joke about it openly. Amend crpc ,appoint summary courts special courts ,stop exemptions to the period of conviction. But also improve prison conditions which are very bad more

How can Governance in India Award Death Penalty to Rapist & Murderer when it has become a trend in India to auction party tickets and earn in crore and the buyers include raspiest & murderer .Have anyone seen any ware in the world that rapist and murderer are declaring death penalty on themselves.Every Elected Member in Loksabha & Rajya Sabha will shiver with fright as in their heart of heart they all know if they give commitment their own son and relatives will be the first to get themselves hanged and the filth will haunt them at night saying aap ke wajai se mujko phasi mila aap kiu bola rapist aur khuni koe phasi mea ccharao. 70 years now we should know our country by its bone marrow. more

The increase of Crime rate in different Crimes and even Financial Cheating both that of public and the Nation while diversifying towards a serious turn of Drug , Rape and Murders ; while carrying lakhs of such Case files pending in various Courts besides the Cases pending in Police Stations and , the Investigation Forces , do prove that there is absolute need of awarding Death Penalty to Rapists and Murderers to start with to march towards reduction of Crimes and Criminal nature , Teasing and blackmailing just for Money and luxuries . more
