Avoid biscuits with these ingredients

Please DO NOT consume biscuits which have any one of the below.

refined wheat flour (maida)
sugar
palm oil
sweetened condensed milk
invert sugar syrup

I think the run of the mill biscuits are made of maida. But more worrying is the use of liquid glucose in condiments made of jaggery. Since jaggery is expensive, people use glucose which is sweeter on a weight by weight basis. However, consumption of glucose in large amounts may predispose or precipitate diabetes mellitus. more
