Dear Friends
Even after 65 years of independence, all our citizens do not have access to Clean Drinking Water
Via this post, we ask every member to list the issues they have faced/observed with regards to Clean Drinking Water.
Once we identify all the issues, we will work on Root Causes and Solutions which are key to addressing this issue and submit the collective citizen whitepaper to the key Government stakeholders.
Let us share our views and work on availability of Clean Drinking Water for every citizen of India.

The government must encourage public to use filter water than can (20 ltr), bottled or bubble top. Which is used widely now is unsafe and it doesn't have any required minerals in it. It's important to propagate the advantages and disadvantages of this issue. In the name of safe, certain unethical business man fleecing the public and misguiding. Mainly we need to ensure those who are in water business follow basic rules and regulations (Safe technologies etc). more

SUPPLY OF CLEAN DRINKING WATER IS THE STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LOCAL BODIES CONCERNED.STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL BE FIXED FOR THE THREE-TIER PANCHAYATH LOCAL BODIES AND THE URBAN LOCAL BODIES.SUFFICIENT FUNDS SHALL BE EARMARKED BY THE SATE GOVERNMENTS FOR THIS BASIC NECESSITY. more
