Appreciate action against Amrapali group
I think the CM talk at credai on weekend should not be taken lightly.
Happy to see DM and ADM/Labour commissioner in noida and dadri taking action against non payment bh Amrapali group and putting them behind bars albeit for 15 days.
This is the kind of action needed against all builders defaulting not just on tax and labour payment but also non delivery of flats.
Hope its sustained and its not a one time messaging action. more

Action is not for non delivery of apartments but non payment of statutory dues. Nevertheless, it is a message that coercive action can be taken even for non delivery of apartments in terms of the contract. more

Good initiative, action is also required on Govt. department also for not delivering timely Housing Sceme. more

It's really a laudable initiative. Such *suo moto* actions on the part of DM/ADM against RWAs violating rules governing meetings, AGMs, elections and conduct of other functions would prevent corruption and illegal occupation of office of RWA (for periods longer than permitted) - resulting in conduct of business like the fiefdom of a few and forming of a vicious nexus between them and the criminal elements they are using to stick on to the office. more
