Appeal to give up habit of eating fast foods:

Be cautious in consuming FAST FOODS available in market.
Maggie, Pizza, Burger & Sadwitches etc. Preserved & Canned Foods, foods cooked with Ajinomoto( Monosodium Glucomate- MSG)“Essence of Taste,”.
Some healthy Tips for young India.
1.Be Indian buy Indian.
2.Eat freshly cooked and stay with mother's likings and affections
flavor.
3.Don't make status symbol to eat in a Hotels.
4.Better arrange parties at Home with home cooked foods under supervision.
5.Avoid Non-veg. foods outside home.
6.Today there is no guarantee of quality in the competitive market
employing all unethical practices to enhance their sales even
never hesitate to add addictive ingredients .
7. To quench the thirst in summer use freshly prepared
Lemonade rather soft drinks.
At last eat healthy, stay healthy, stress free and cheerful.

1.These habits are to to imbibed at home by parents and schools/ colleges. The Schools/Colleges should not allow fast foods in side their campus. 2. as most of these fast foods in markets are costly, the pocket expenses of children in general and particularly of fast foods are to be limited. 3. The Govt. should itself give definition of harmful fast foods and institute penalty on production and selling of them. more  
The young generation hardly accepts the advise, for which the people and ultimately the country faces difficulties in the hands of foreign culture. more  
I am not competent to contribute here because I could not make my own family members and own children the ill effects of getting accustomed to fast food. I don't stop them trying it too but not making a practice. My only suggestion here is the govt should, through honest employees, keep checking the quality of fast food served in stalls and way side also the many fruit stalls springing up. The kitchen/work area of these and the way fruit and juice making are handled are deplorable. The health drinks and soups in every nook and corner, doing roaring business also to be checked. more
