agree with Dr mittal, you need to be evaluated first and than only medicines can be discussed... more
To sum - patient need to work on following dimensions:
a. On root - Psychology works better.
b. On treatment - Bach flower therapy, Homeopathy and Reflexology. I prefer Bach Flower over Homeopathy because it is designed to manage mind disorders. It was invented by Homeopath based in UK.
c. on emergencies - First try should be with Bach Flower remedy. If not controlled, pain killer has to be taken. For immediate relief, allopathy has an edge. My understanding is that Allopathy does not have any medicine to treat migraine.

This is my research and experience on the subject. more
