I purchase Ananda dahi from retailer but when I saw on pack there are two MRP and two weight on a single pack I asked retailer about this he said it is coming from factory.

Pl tell how it is possible that two type of weight on a single pack. more

SWAMI'S THOUGHTS ON THE SUBJECT: This could be a freak error in printing but the distributor/retail point has the responsibility to check the packages before selling to end-users. As far as the customer is concerned, his/her contact is with the retailer and it is the retailer's duty to check the accuracy of vital information of interest to customers on the package is commensurate with the price charged! It is possible many customers get short-changed if not outright cheated by such retailers/distributors or manufacturers who ought to be more responsible in ensuring products that leave the producing/packaging point are in order! more

stop buying such product.Demand and suppl y equation will work.The manufacturer will get message. Or you can book a complain in their center.you have to retain the package. more
