Eating Joints have adjusted Prices to suit the Tax as levied earlier n Now They R Increasin Price to match the Previous Final Values. Character Change will not b easy to happen more

We get salary after paying Tax as slab defined by Govt. 10% - 30% On remaining 70% We pay tax for below transaction. Paying GST/Tax on all day to day items. 5% to 28% Paying Tax on Interest received from bank. 10% Paying Tax On Petrol/Diesel - 36% to 46 %. Road Tax 6% to 12 % Toll Tax Depending on travel - 1 day Rs 50- Rs. 500 Property Tax 5% to 20%. Salary for driver, Maid and cook. What is left for common man. We only spend 20 to 30% of our salary. ...................... After spending 70% of our salary, On return we will get polluted air and water. Govt hospital with 0 or less doctor. bumpy/No roads. 0 or less teacher at govt school. But most of the politicians, bureaucrats and businessman having Cr of properties. more

with present practice customer is not benefited since he pays tax on tax paid but the tax paid refund comes to the seller. In fact the formula for calculating GST should be calculated as under If the input cost(including GST) is I then the cost to be accounted for calculating the end product should be I(1-%GST). So the cost of the end product should be addition of all the input costs calculated with this formula and then applying applicable end product GST on this addition. In such case there will be no need to get the input GST return. more

Price reduction is a matter of ethics. So long as the old generation is running the businesses, the price reduction due to GST will not be passed to the consumer. There is one app that detects whether the vendor is liable to charge and pay the GST. Many are having GST number but are not liable to charge the same as they are exempted. In that app, only fill the GST number of the vendor and it will be shown whether the vendor can charge GST and liable to deposit with Govt. or the vendor is charging GST but not paying to the Govt. Then the matter of GST can be contested verbally or legally. more
