Amazon is not scared of government policy coz of government don’t run amazon, but amazon runs gov

I had very bad experience this year. All r repetuated company but just for name. This all issue started from
1-Amazon- I bought iPhone 11128gb but amazon deliver me defective and when I ask for replace then they told me to go by myself for some paper work in Apple store. But I disagreed coz if I by from amazon they why should I go. They should hlp me bt they don’t so went driving for 100km. While cmng back had an accident. I lost my car totally damaged. This incident was happened before lockdown and till now I’m not replaced n refund and when ever I call they make fun of me laughing and always giving same reason and harassing me today also same thing they were laughing n making fun coz once my complain was declined coz they said I didn’t reply. But they don’t believe me as I have all the evidence how they fraud me. I asked for compensating bt they say no compensation in policy n I today’s time the price of the mobile has increased 10k I ask them to given me new mobile but they says can’t that is also not in policy. Amazon is fraud no 1 coz I asked them at the time they used to raise money for COVID-19 then I asked what’s the policy then one of the person said if I pay 1 then they pay 10 in COVID19. Bt when I say u will pay that money not to me but COVID 19 who is suffering then they changed their policy only. Amazon is not scared of government they think they r only then government. more

Amazon services have deteriorated and their after sales service have gone down you get a feeling they do not care. So why we care we shall not buy from them and products like iPhone shall not be bought online as store people are nowadays very helpful and courteous. more  
My granddaughter had also ordered an iPhone a few years back through Amazon.
She got a package without a phone.
After a lot of pursuing she got a new phone.

You better get someone who can write a complaint properly presenting the problem you had with the phone without spelling mistake or grammatical error.Instead of using the social media take the legal route. WhatsApp conversations if recorded the screenshots are accepted as evidence in the any court of law under Indian judiciary.First a written complaint to the Supplier (Amazon is just a dalal) with regd.ack.due and track the letter through India Post.15 days later send a legal notice through a lawyer copied to Consumer Redressal Cell of your district.Then make sure that you have all the evidence with you. As regards to your car,if it is comprehensively insured with a legitimate insurance company you can get it repaired or replaced if the cause of the accident is established.Did you report and filed an FIR with the Police where the accident took place? Do you have photographs? If Amazon,Flipkart,Snap deal. and other online shops are frauds they will never have such a turn over or expand the business.There may be some incidents where things go wrong because the consumer/customer just click the "I accept" all the T&C including licking their feet. One final question? Did you read and understand the terms and conditions of sale by Amazon? more
