Amazon Got my ₹49837 parcel to some other seller.... now he doesn't want to return it

This is to bring to your kind perusal that

I had purchased a hearing aid from Amazon on 6th August worth ₹49387 Siemens Silk 2px CIC click-on....16 channels pair....2 hearing aids.
Again on 8th August I had purchased Siemens SINGLE ear hearing aid worth ₹5580

We had decided to recalibrate the ₹49387 one and return the other hearing aids that I had ordered

But as there was no option of recalibration.....I had to return it.....

Now both the items were to be return picked up.....on 13th August.....I was not supposed to courier the ₹49387 product as it's Return pick up was arranged by the seller
Both the return pick up were scheduled on the same day

when the Amazon Return Pickup Boy had come....he took the WRONG PARCEL..... instead of taking the ₹5580 parcel....he took ₹49387 Parcel on
13th August.
The other ₹5580 Siemens hearing aid is still with me...
Who's ever mistake is there....I had raised the complaint..... when I came to know....when the other pick up agent had come and he checked the parcel....and informed us that the other pick up.... without checking....had taken the parcel

(I would like to ask you....if I buy a mobile from Amazon and if there is some problem with the device....if a return pick up is scheduled....but instead of the mobile if I return to some stones weighing the same....will it be acceptable for you....if the pick up agent doesn't check what he is supposed to pick up)

I had raised the complaint again and again with Amazon.... the problem could not be resolved

The Amazon pickup agent has taken the parcel.

The parcel is still with Amazon.... AMAZON TEAM MUST COMMUNICATE WITH THE DELIVERY AGENT AND CONFIRM WHERE DID HE DELIVER THE PARCEL

It's been a Month now.....
It got converted into MENTAL HARASSMENT....I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS FROM AMAZON....

The pickup agent had taken the parcel on 13th....I have been contacting the customer care executive continuous since then.... BUT TO MY SURPRISE , whenever I used to call the AMAZON TEAM ,
THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT WHICH PRODUCT I was COMPLAINING ABOUT.... THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE.
PLEASE INITIATE MY REFUND .

9) Again I got a mail from the Seller saying that he DOESN'T have Siemens Signia Silk 2px in stock.
10) I am sending you a voice call recording with the Seller....in which he is telling me that he has
one SILK 2px in stock.
Again he lied.

and he would check with the return parcels if he has received any wrong product !

I got a mail from the seller named TODAY DEAL OFFER.... NAUSHAD HEARING AID
through Amazon Saying that he has received the RIGHT PARCEL with ₹5580 RUN UP 8 CHANNEL HEARING AID.....WHAT A LIER....HOW CAN HE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT THAT IS STILL WITH ME
Even after raising the Complaint again and again.... no-one had come to take the parcel which is with me

I HAVE ATTACHED THE EMAILS THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM THE SELLER....HE IS LYING....THE PRODUCT HE IS SAYING THAT HE HAS RECEIVED HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP .....ITS WITH ME..... AND HE IS SAYING THAT HE HAS RECEIVED IT..... PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THE SELLER ......IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT HE HAS RECEIVED ₹49387 PRODUCT

post your greivance in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ and hopefully without filing case, amazon shall be able to help you. more  
File a case in consumer court against AMAZON who is foreign entity doing wrong in Indian soil more  
Consumer Court says that they cannot file a case against Amazon here at Nagpur as there's NO AMAZON OFFICE here. more  
Simple. Go to the nearest Siemens dealer. Show warranty card and calibrate it. Or contact Siemens customer care. They will advice you. more  
DON'T WRITE BIG STORIES.MESSAGE YOUR MAIL ID. I WILL MAIL THE COPY OF MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MICROMAX AGAINST WHOM I WON A CASE, ARGUING MYSELF, AND GOT THE REFUND -PLUS A HUGE COMPENSATION OF 34,000. YOU CAN ALSO THE CASE YOURSELF more  
It is easy to say for Consumer Court but in case of E- Commerce what Precautions/Documentations are needed so as one can be prepared with the documents required in Case. Can any one Guide for this. more
