I can see my staff completely helpless. There are numerous better solutions but they cannot avail them. PF is a perfect example of making the bigger line shorter to make it equal to the smaller line. more
Gov't started the scheme more than a century ago after seeing the plight of families when they were squandering their earnings. In an irresponsible way leaving their families in eternal penury. Terminal benefits were also being squandered causing eternal penury.Gov't started a pension scheme as late as 1995 with a maximum of Rs 5000/- . Depending too much on Gov't for all benefits like pension is too much trust where elements are hawkish and swindle public funds. All the more reason for good education is warranted. more
