Airtel is the father of all the cheaters in the telecom sector

We have two postpaid connections from Airtel, The numbers are 9755597955 & 7898910888. Till June 2019 the plans for both the postpaid are 299 each. But from July 2019, the plans for the connections were changed by Airtel to to 1599 &549 respectively. For this plan change, our consent were never taken, no communication from the company, neither we have asked Airtel to change the plan. From Sept 2019 my employees tried to connect to the customer care where our complaints were not registered. If we do not pay the bill, the suspend the services. Our executives went personally to the Airtel store, where they were asked to come immediately after the bill have been reached to us. When my executives again went to the Airtel store with the bill, they said, pls come on the next time on the day of bill generation. Thus they just passed time & played with us. After writing to the Airtel enterprise team several times, they admitted their fault & changed the bill plan in the first week of April 2020. From July 2019 to 2020(10 Months)the bill charge for both the connections should be = (299*2+taxes)*10= 7056.40 From July 2019 to 2020(10 Months)the bill charged from us for both the connections (1599+549+taxes)*10= 25346.40 Hence the total overcharged amount= 25346.40-7056.40=18920 Note: We have not mentioned the amount paid as late penalty for the same. Now, when we are asking Airtel to reimburse or adjust this amount in our bill, they are refusing it. Since they have taken the money without our consent, they should pay us with interest! Als, the numbers were being used to service our customers. Our business is affecting as, Airtel they have suspended the services of the numbers. We urge airtel to pay for the same also. We have not filled any legal case as we wanted the problem to solved amicably. But, Airtel does not seem to be interested to resolve the same. Now a days our mobile numbers are very important as contact numbers for our customers or Mobile numbers are registered as part of KYC with many of our financial institutions. This unethical behavior of Airtel is not at all acceptable. Airtel is exploiting its customers because of importance of Mobile numbers in our lives. Try transporting your telephone numbers to some other service provider and fight a case against Airtel. They will try to address your issue and may request you to continue with them. more  
Post paid deal you are hooked as they can add any service with out informing or delete facility or give a package they accept . All services are bad more
