Airtel DTH Methods

I am a subscriber of airtel DTH service. Whenever I want to add a channel or remove one, I have to call customer care and wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for getting/updating subscription, about 8 months back I went to their website to manage me channels. But to my surprise even after removing some channels the, they were still present in my account. It is high time TRAI takes note of these unfair trade practices more

It is better to use Consumer Court for such cases. more  
All services of BSNL have become hopeless.The same situation has been with Airtel.Let us anticipate a better network for better ferformance! more  
I had similar experience with a mobile number of Airtel, when a service was added and charged swiftly and deceptively, but the procedure of its removal was too complicated. Many mails were exchanged, also sent to TRAI, to stop the unwanted service and get some of my money back. more  
Request Shri Nagesh K to upload his grievance and "rate AIRTEL DTH Services". It may still take a few months more, but I expect the concerned authorities to look into your grievances and rating and try to correct the problem. more  
I noticed that any such service provider never answers to the problems published here as if they don't know about 'LOCAL CIRCLES'. Even TRAI never responds to such problems or suggestions. more
