attachment is missing but it is very much true all airlines fleece the public with practically no service from their side.Looks like our aviation ministry and dgca are hand in gloves with them and they may be getting freebies for themselves and fly hence they do not bother about the common man more

Perhaps they are hand in glove with Govt agencies. Earlier a cap was there for fares which has been removed and now there is free for all. Very exorbitant fares which are further enhanced in the name of various levies. The seats are also chargeable. The meals are sold at exorbitant cost which are substaandard more

Dear Snehaji, these airlines not only loot, they cheat you in the name low cost air fairs. They have clear policy for the refund, however small, against cancellation. But, they avoid the by first saying you have not applied for refund within prescribed time limit. When you show them the proof, they keep quiet. On repeated reminders, they agree to pay you only by adjusting this meagre amount against when you purchase ticket next time, that too within a short period of time. more
