AYURVEDIC MEDICINES TAKE TIME TO BE FULLY EFFECTIVE. ONE HAS TO CONTINUE THE MEDICINES FOR AT LEAST A MONTH ALONG WITH THE NORMAL SUGAR CONTROLLING MEDICATION. ALL THE WHILE MEASURING SUGAR LEVELS AND BE CONSCIOUS ABOUT YOUR BODY PARAMETERS (LIKE WEAKNESS, SUDDEN HUNGER FEELING ETC). AFTER THIS AS YOUR SUGAR LEVELS START COMING DOWN, YOU CAN SWITCH TO THE AYURVEDIC MEDICINES ON YOUR JOURNEY TO CURE FROM THE DISEASE. REMEMBER ONLY AYURVEDA CAN CURE. ENGLISH MEDICINES ONLY HELP IN MAINTAINING THE PARAMETERS, HAVE TO BE TAKEN FOR THE LIFE, MAY GIVE SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS AND DOSE MAY INCREASE WITH TIME. IN AYURVEDA IT IS BELIEVED THAT IF A DISEASE HAS TAKEN 10 YEARS TO DEVELOP, IT MAY TAKE ABOUT 10 MONTHS TO CURE. I HAVE BEEN TAKING AND PRESCRIBING PATANJALI "MADUNASHNI" A SIMILAR MEDICINE AS BHR 34 AND HAS FOUND IT VERY EFFECTIVE. IF YOG, PRANAYAM, HEALTHY LIFE STYLE, DIET CONTROL IS ADOPTED, ONE CAN GET FASTER RESULTS. more
