Just now i have chat with the Xiaomi call centre manager , he told me that we have cancelled your Replacement Request due to " Unable to reach the customer " AND NOW WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING. I have recorded the full conversation with them.
As per advice from you all i will definitely file the case. more

Any online purchase is like a lottery. You have to think twice before purchasing any product th. online. Also, it is very important that, online purchases can be made from well-known online sites only. There hundreds of online sites which are there in the market which are playing with the public. Public should be aware and should inquire before going for any online purchase. more
