Why only tobacco products? Misleading ads about eatables, soft drinks, plenty of health supplements (as claimed in the ads to be health supplements), which are proved to be health hazards and main causes for increased trend of obesity since childhood and other serious ailments have overtaken our print and electronic media alluring particularly, our young generation to an alarming proportion. The adversity thereof has already started spreading its slaying powers. Hence, we should express our anxiety and anger against all such ads. more

The ministry of Health should be addressed for Such violations more
The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI)", is committed to the cause of self- regulation in advertising ensuring the protection of the interest of consumers. But the organisation is never seen taking action. Let them give a clarification on the subject. more
Al those who propagate the use of Tobacco, should be fined by a minimum of Rs. 1 LAKH. All those who advertise for their tobacco products should be fined by Rs. 100 LAKHS. We Indians learn only there is a hard kick on the ass. more
