ADDRESSING PUBLIC HEALTH
Corruption (Rampant) is at the root of all these problems.
Let me give few EXAMPLES:
1. Recently Bihar CM stated that ORS was distributed on large scale in the rural areas. But we have seen live on TV that mothers and fathers told that they never received anything. I am 200% confirm that BILLS might have been raised for MILLIONS of packets of ORS but the materials never 'MATERIALIZED'. This is only because the system is too corrupt and persons right from TOP to BOTTOM are involved. But nothing will happen. Only some noise will be there for some time and then wait for another TRAGEDY. Those who lost their Children cannot do anything.
2. Similarly, every year CHEMICALS to kill mosquitoes, flies or to keep water safe for drinking are 'PURCHASED' and 'UTILIZED for billions of rupees. But they are never purchased. Fake BILLS are raised and those on the helm of the affairs just make HUGE MONEY.
3 Govt. Doctors are paid handsome salaries, including non-PRACTICING Allowance. But they hardly do their duties. In most of the places, they are in their own CLINICS & HOSPITALS or become Consultants to Private Hospitals and make money.
4.EQUIPMENT and MEDICINES are purchased for Govt. Hospitals but they never reach there. Only BILLS are raised and money goes to the CORRUPTS from A to Z. We have seen on TV the condition of of Muzaffarpur Hospital, which is a PRESTIGIOUS MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL. Others are not very different. In some Hospitals there are equipment and medicines but they are used only for VIP PATIENTS.
The LIST will be ENDLESS.
ROOT CAUSE is one and only one: CORRUPTION, right from the POLITICIANS to the last person in the chain.
If this corruption is not removed, all actions will prove FUTILE. Poor CITIZENS will continue to suffer. more

Corruption,Reservation and Over Population must be stopped totally.Those who have planned Family must be given incentive. more

Population increase needs 125% increase in Livelihood Infra. Family shall be the Base and not Individual. Means of Livelihood for Family is a must and not Individuals.
Rule by Political Authorities neglected these 3 wholly.
Smt. India Gandhi, Ex PM's wise mandate of Family Planning and One Job for One Family was set aside.
SC directions on Reservations were set aside, even lead against Constitutional Mandates
BJP's Corruption Controls were restricted by SUPREME COURT.
Supreme Court to realize at its Constitutional Responsibility and Constitutional Bench of SC shall exercise its Constitutionally vested Responsible Mandate to Save the Nation and the People Living in. more

As long as people demand freebies from the Governments and Governments keep on meeting those demands corruption cannot come to an end. more

Everybody says about CORRUPTION, without human participation, how are you going eliminate corruption from the society! Its time to stop talking but jump into action! How many of you will come forward to form a HUMAN CHAIN to eradicate corruption!!!!! more

Agreed. And Bihar is in the centrestage of all this controversy because the politicians from top to bottom are corrupt and everyone knows it. still nothing is being done. more
